Initial Consultation
$200
Prior to the initial consultation, clients may send pictures of the space or home they intend to be redesigned.
I will review the space and come to our initial consultation with ideas and designs for the project.
Payments must be made 1-2 hours following consultation. Payments accepted - cash, check, or Venmo.

Ten Hour Retainer
$1500 ($150 an hour)
This step will be taken if the client wishes to move forward with the project.

Purchases & Construction

Designer purchases directly with a client credit card. Designer discounts (20%-50% on select items) are extended to clients with a 20% designer fee taken from the discounted designer price, other than an hourly rate. Items with no designer discount are billed in full to the client with no designer fee added.

Designer chooses finishes and plumbing. Items must be purchased by the contractor or homeowner. The contractor manages subcontractors working on the project. Hourly rate only with no markup on products selected. Homeowner or contractor must receive and inventory all construction deliveries.
